50 days left!

...which is crazy, because 50 days ago was the first day of teaching at Scout Camp. It's been great preparing to leave, and Finnish is coming a lot better now that I've gotten more used to it. I've started saying all of my personal prayers in Finnish and I've gotten to page 85 in Mormonin Kirja (the Finnish Book of Mormon) which I read at least a page out loud of every night. I love the language! Preach My Gospel is also FANTASTIC. It has so much good stuff in it and I really wish I'd started studying it earlier.

I'm going through the temple on Friday, so that's exciting! Since my last post I've turned eighteen and been ordained to the Melchizidek Priesthood, and everything's coming together. I love it!

Here's some more random Finnish. #nogoogletranslateneeded2k17

Terve, jokainen! Olen iloinen kanssa minun pyhien kirjat, he olette ihana! Rakastan kirkko... se on tosi hyvä varten jokainen maassa! Entä sinun päivä? Entä varma se on sinun perhe? Puhu mulle! Puhu mulle!!!

Haha minä tiedän sinä ei puhu mulle. Ah niin. Ah... sää on hyvä! Aurinko on tässä! Katso aurinko. Ei ei ei, katso aurinko on ei hyvä! ...

Tervetuloa Yhdysvallat! Se on iloinen tässä! Kiitos varten tässä! Ja kiitos varten ei kahvia!

Hei hei!

I ran out of ideas there. Don't plug that into translate or you'll be super disappointed.

Anyway. Life's good!

Godspeed!
